Privacy Policy
Work Hours Log is a local-first timesheet utility for people who manually record client and project work hours. The launch build does not upload timesheet records to our servers.
What we collect
- No server-side account data.
- No remote copies of clients, projects, hourly rates, entries, break minutes, overtime settings, notes, summaries, or CSV exports.
- No analytics, advertising identifiers, payroll integrations, invoice payment systems, or third-party tracking in the launch build.
How data is used
Local app data is used to calculate weekly, monthly, overtime, and client totals; display local records; and generate CSV or plain-text summaries on your device. We only use information you email to support in order to answer your request.
Third-party services
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Cloudflare Pages hosts this support and privacy site. The launch build does not include ad networks, analytics SDKs, payroll processors, invoice payment services, remote account systems, or cloud databases.
Data retention
We do not keep your in-app timesheet data on our servers. Local data remains on your device until you change it, delete entries or clients, or delete the app.
Important limit
Work Hours Log is a recordkeeping aid only. It does not provide payroll, legal, tax, employment compliance, invoice payment, or accounting advice.
