VAT Backsolve is a local-first reverse tax calculator for merchants who need to break inclusive prices into net and tax amounts or rebuild gross totals from net quotes. The launch build does not require account creation and does not send your entries, history, or saved presets to our servers.
What we collect
- No server-side account data
- No advertising or analytics identifiers
- No saved VAT scenarios and rate presets transmitted to us
How data is used
If the app stores recent history or preferences for convenience, that information stays on your device. We only use information you email to us in order to answer support requests.
Third-party services
The launch build does not include third-party analytics, ad networks, or remote account systems. Cloudflare Pages may host this policy site.
Data retention
We do not keep your in-app data on our servers. Local data remains on your device until you remove it in the app where supported or delete the app.
