What the app stores locally
Mortgage Extra Payoff may store the following locally so the app can work offline:
- saved mortgage payoff scenarios
- default rate, term, and mode settings
- screenshot-mode sample data used only for local QA and submission prep
How this local data is used
Local data is used only to reopen the payoff scenarios you save and to keep your preferred defaults ready for the next calculation.
What the app does not do
Mortgage Extra Payoff does not connect to your lender, import statements, upload your loan details, or sync your mortgage data to a server.

Mortgage Extra Payoff is a manual payoff calculator only. It does not provide lender quotes, tax advice, refinance advice, or financial advice.
