Account Deletion
Kiln Logbook does not create a server-side account in the launch build, so there is no account to delete with us.
How to remove local data
Delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data from the active installation.
What may remain
If you emailed support, that email remains in the support mailbox until it is no longer needed. Device backups are controlled by Apple under your own backup settings.
