Privacy Policy
HSA Receipt Vault is a local-first iPhone app for storing HSA and FSA receipt records, tracking reimbursement status, and exporting an audit-ready package. The launch build does not require account creation and does not send your records to our servers.
What we collect
- No server-side account data
- No advertising or analytics identifiers
- your receipt records, tax-year tags, reimbursement status, family member data, or exported summaries
How data is used
If you import or reference receipt images or PDFs, those files stay in local storage you control unless you choose to share or export them. We only use information you email to us in order to answer support requests.
Third-party services
The launch build does not include third-party analytics, ad networks, or remote account systems. GitHub Pages may host this policy site.
Data retention
We do not keep your in-app data on our servers. Local data remains on your device until you edit it, remove exported files you created where applicable, or delete the app.
