Excavation Calc is a local-first excavation volume calculator for contractors, landscapers, and construction professionals. This policy applies to the launch build described in the App Store listing.
What Data We Collect
- The launch build does not require account creation.
- We do not collect your excavation dimensions, results, saved estimates, or settings on a remote server.
- The launch build does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking.
- Saved estimates and preferences remain on your device.
How We Use Data
- To perform on-device excavation volume, swell factor, and truckload calculations
- To remember local app preferences when available
- To respond if you contact support by email
Third-Party Services
- Apple provides the App Store and device-level services outside the app.
- Cloudflare Pages hosts this support and privacy site.
- No third-party analytics, ad networks, remote account systems, cloud sync, AI services, or external APIs are used in the launch build.
Data Retention
- We do not retain your in-app content on our servers.
- Support emails are retained in the mailbox used to answer your request.
- Local app data remains on your device until you remove it in the app or delete the app.
User Rights
- Access: launch builds do not maintain a server-side account for you.
- Correction: update or replace local values directly inside the app.
- Deletion: delete the app from your device to remove locally stored app data.
